Overview
These public Terms govern use of the RideWrench website, public directory, applications, and registration experiences. Approved organizations enter a separate services agreement before using operational tools.
Using the public site
These public Terms govern visits to RideWrench websites and use of public search, directory, marketing, application, and account-registration experiences. RideWrench is operated by FleetSol Cloud, a New Jersey limited liability company.
Creating or applying for an organization workspace does not activate fleet operations, provider dispatch, payment services, or any commercial relationship. Approved organizations must separately accept the RideWrench Organization Services Agreement before operational access is enabled.
- Use the site only for lawful commercial fleet and service-provider purposes.
- Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person or business.
- Keep account credentials secure and notify RideWrench of suspected unauthorized access.
Public directory information
Public directory, map, distance, availability, capability, and provider information may come from providers, users, public sources, mapping services, and third-party directories. It can be incomplete, delayed, or change without notice.
- Public previews and illustrative providers are not dispatch confirmations or service guarantees.
- Confirm identity, qualifications, insurance, pricing, availability, and suitability before authorizing work.
- RideWrench is not an emergency service or commercial-vehicle navigation system.
Applications and registration
Fleet registrations and provider applications are requests for review. RideWrench may verify submitted information and may approve, reject, request more information, suspend, or close a request in its discretion, subject to applicable law.
- Submitting an application does not create an approved tenant or guarantee listing, access, ranking, or business opportunities.
- Applicants authorize RideWrench to contact the submitted business and use supplied information for verification and onboarding.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, copy, resell, or systematically extract directory data without written permission.
- Do not submit false incidents, manipulate rankings, harvest contact information, or misuse provider records.
- Do not probe, disrupt, bypass, or overload security, authentication, rate limits, or integrations.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
Third-party services
The public site may use third-party maps, authentication, business data, communications, hosting, analytics, and payment technology. Those services may be unavailable or inaccurate and may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property
RideWrench branding, software, design, directory compilations, and original content are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the public site as intended; they do not grant a right to reproduce or commercialize RideWrench content or data.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RideWrench disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
RideWrench is a technology platform. Public use does not make RideWrench the employer, agent, insurer, guarantor, motor carrier, repairer, tower, broker, merchant, or joint venturer of a fleet or service provider.
Changes and contact
RideWrench may update these public Terms as the site, law, or security requirements change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current public version. Organization customers receive separate notice and reacceptance controls for changes to the Organization Services Agreement.
