Questions, answered

Straightforward billing for real operations.

How do trailers, chassis, reefers, and containers count?

Every active managed equipment record counts as one unit, regardless of type. Draft, archived, sold, inactive, and transient customer equipment do not create new billable units.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Workspace owners and billing administrators can change plans. Stripe calculates any prorated charge or credit for the current billing period.

What happens if a payment fails?

RideWrench provides a seven-day grace period, sends a billing notice, and links the account owner to Stripe’s secure portal to update payment details.

Do providers have to pay to be listed?

No. One verified provider location can remain discoverable on the free Verified Listing plan. The paid plan adds multi-location management.

Billing follows the product record.Active managed equipment and provider locations reconcile with Stripe automatically.
Every equipment type is supported.Power units, trailers, reefers, chassis, ISO containers, and domestic containers share one registry.
Scale without a pricing cliff.Service-unit rates step down as the operation grows, with no Enterprise ceiling.
